  • Android: Go to Settings > Connected devices > Cast. Select your Roku device from the list.

 Open the IPTV app on your smartphone or PC and start streaming content. The screen will be mirrored to your Roku device.

Method 2: Using the Web Video Caster App 

1- Install the Web Video Caster App on Your Smartphone: 
 
Download and install the Web Video Caster app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. 

2- Add the Web Video Caster Receiver Channel on Roku:
 
  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote. 
  2. Go to Streaming Channels > Search Channels. 
  3. Search for Web Video Caster Receiver and add the channel.
 3- Stream IPTV Content:
  1. Open the Web Video Caster app on your smartphone. 
  2. Use the app to find IPTV streams (you can enter M3U playlist URLs in the app). 
  3. Select your Roku device as the casting destination and start streaming. 

Method 3: Using Plex Media Server

 1- Install Plex Media Server on Your PC:

 Download and install Plex Media Server from the Plex website on your computer.
 
2- Set Up Plex Media Server:
 
Open Plex Media Server and follow the setup instructions.
Add your IPTV M3U playlist to Plex by creating a new library and adding the M3U playlist URL.

3- Add Plex Channel to Roku:
  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
  2. Go to Streaming Channels > Search Channels.
  3. Search for Plex and add the channel. 
4- Stream IPTV Content via Plex:
  1. Open the Plex channel on your Roku device.
  2. Sign in with your Plex account.

1- Open Your Roku device and click the following buttons on your remote

  1. Home Button 3 times

  3. The right button once

12- Next you have to install IPTV smarters file onto your computer for upload head to this link on your compter and the download should start automatically 
  
 
13- on your computer open my browser in the address bar, entr the IP addresss from your roku that you worte down earlier. asign- in box will appear. Type  rokudev as the username for the password type in the webserver password your created earlier then click sign in 
 
  

14- click Upload on the next page 
 

 
15- Choose the Previously Downloaded IPTV Smarters file 
 

 
16- click Install  
 

 
17- return to your roku Device where the application will automaticlly launch 
 

 
18- simply log in with your IPTV smarters information and you're in !
